Macomb County Residents - Applications Accepted February 11, 2015 , through 3 PM, August 21, 2015

Registration must be completed by 3 PM, September 4, 2015, in order for the student to
attend and start school on September 8th. There are no openings for 11th or 12th Grades.

Jefferson Middle School Awards Ceremony

Jefferson Middle School will honor outstanding students during the school day on Wednesday, June 10th. Ceremonies will take place in the Lakeview High School Schaublin Auditorium according to the following schedule:

7th Grade – 8:15-9:45AM

8th Grade – 10:00-11:30AM

6th Grade – 1:00-2:30PM

JMS Staff and students will walk to LHS, and families are welcome to attend. Any student being recognized will receive an invitation in the mail the first week of June. Please contact the main office if you have any questions regarding this day.

8th Grade Farewell is coming up! The Dance is June 10 at Blossom Heath from 6-9.  We will have pictures in front from 5-6. 

 Dance Tickets will be sold during t2r on May 18-27.  ONLY DURING T2R

Tickets are $27 and you must be in good standing in order to purchase your ticket.  This means all overdue books turned in and debts must be paid before buying. Also Students who receive an in-school or out of school suspension on or after May 18th will not be allowed to attend the dance.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

 Reminders: 

Dress Code

•   Strapless/spaghetti straps are allowed

•   Dress length must be appropriate! If you are not sure, ASK!!

•   Dress/skirt slits no higher than the top of the knee

•   No garters, exposed undergarments, sheer/see-through, or bare midriffs

•   No baseball hats, bandanas, or chains

•   No torn pants or pants with holes in them

 

Attendance

You must be in attendance at school for at LEAST ½ school day on June 10th in order to attend the dance. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.


Parents
Parents will not be allowed into the dance until 8:45.  At that time they may enter to take pictures
